A beautiful, furnished, 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath, Colonial Style Contemporary home within steps of Rye's spectacular oceanfront. This property has been rented every week this summer at $1,800 per week. We still have some availability in September, please contact for dates. (This rental will become a 'Winter Rental' from October or November until May or June... start and end dates depending on weekly rental requests or winter renter needs.)

Downstairs living room has cozy gas fireplace, big screen TV, bay window, and sliders out to a large screened-in porch with table and chairs. Dining room has six-chair high top table. There is also another large family room on the second floor with big TV and sliders out to another large deck. Master bedroom has new king mattress, master bath with soaker tub, walk-in shower, and walk in closet. Two additional bedrooms–one with a queen, one with a twin (upstairs couch may also be utilized to sleep). From the enchanting 12 x 9' roof top deck, enjoy the panoramic views of the ocean, the Isle of Shoals, and Garrish Island, ME.

Home features outdoor gas grill, two car garage. Home includes kitchen/bath towels (bring beach towels) and bed linens. Utilities included. Home has basic TV cable and
Internet.

Area Description

The home is situated on a quiet street and overlooks a picturesque pond and private preserve. The house has sunny Southwest exposure and offers great privacy, while being steps from the ocean, and Wallis Sands Beach (200 yards away). Ocean is at end of street (see fishing photo) and a few more steps to Petey's Seafood Restaurant and Ocean Blvd Pizza, Petey's Red Roof Convenient Store, and more. Enjoy the city of Portsmouth, town New Castle, and Maine (only 4, 5 and 6 miles north) and Hampton Beach (only 8 miles south), the fabulous bike routes, and the walking paths all along the Seacoast. Quite simply, this house is a Seacoast-lovers dream!

Many great restaurants (of all types) near the home, and up and down the seacoast.

Large seven person hot tub can be available for winter renters.

This home was everything they said and more. Very clean and comfortable and not to mention beautiful. Great food, beaches, downtown Portsmouth, Seacoast Science Center and more. We had a wonderful time and would visit again.
