Description of the Saco vacation condo rental

Brand new condo, end unit, pristine condition – only 3 units in the building. This is a beautiful 3-bedroom condo unit located in Camp Ellis. BED SETUP: Master b/r will have 1 queen and 1 full bed. Bedroom 2 will have 1 full bed and bedroom 3 will have 2 twin beds. Possible queen sleep sofa in the living room (not confirmed yet). Home will sleeps 8 in beds. There are two baths; 1 is a full bath with shower/tub combo on 2nd floor; 2nd is bath with oversize shower, 1st floor. Open concept living room to kitchen area. The unit is absolutely beautiful with hardwood floors throughout. New patio is to the left with a gas BBQ grille, table & chairs. Home has Cable TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, small balcony, granite countertops, top-of-the line appliances, small balcony overlooking marina area. Park 1 car in the garage and 1 in driveway in front of the garage…more across the street if you grab a spot. Beautiful water views & sunset views. The beach is just around the corner, a minute walk. $2,400/wk. Sorry, no pets permitted

Area Information

Camp Ellis & Ferry Beach are quaint areas, catering to families, sandy beaches (smaller one at Camp Ellis), unspoiled by high rises.

At the Saco beaches, when you go to the beach and have to go back for lunch, etc., you will not need to bring your blanket or chairs back. No one will touch them when you’re gone. It’s that type of beach and areas catering to families and are great for little kids. Families return here year after year for vacations.

Camp Ellis is a "Fishing Village" area….now dotted with newly-remodeled. It is still an active fishing area for commercial lobstermen & fishermen. You can go over to the dock and watch both fishing vessels and pleasure boats.

Nearby is the Camp Ellis General Store which features daily lobster catch during season & will cook to perfection while you wait or return to pick them up. Lobster Pound right around the corner called the "Fish ‘n Optician". You’d have to cook them yourself if bought from him.

Deep-sea fishing boats leave from the docks in Camp Ellis. Kayak rentals are nearby for use on the Saco River, which goes out to the ocean at Saco Bay.

Theme & Water park, Funtown USA, & Water Park, Aquaboggin are a 13-minute ride away to Rte. 1 in Saco. Old Orchard Beach with famous pier and amusements is 3 miles away.
