Description of the Saco vacation home rental

Rent with Family or Friends? If rented both BEACH WALK sides together, we unlock the door between units for 1 big house with 6 bedrooms. Rent separate or together (There are 3 bedrooms on each side). Together sleeps 20 using sleep sofas & daybeds, 4 baths; 2 hot tubs; 2 washer/dryers, 2 kitchens, 2 gas BBQ grilles; parking for 8 cars, etc. Discounted if both taken together.

This house rents FRIDAYS to FRIDAYS RENTALS (Which lets you avoid traffic on Saturday coming up & going home + it gives you a complete weekend at the house).

Almost Oceanfront - “Pristine” 3 or 4 b/r with views of the ocean, river & marina. Right side of a duplex Just 25 steps across the street onto the beach. Professionally decorated. There’s a sunroom in the rear to watch sunsets. Deck with hot tub; large yard. Two baths; 1 with shower on first floor & half bath on 2nd floor. Enclosed outside shower with hot & cold water–both units share, some bikes & beach chairs to share also. Microwave, lobster pot & tools, washer/dryer, Hot Tub on deck, DVD & Video players, Stereo, cable TV, ceiling fan in l/r, gas BBQ grille, wireless internet. BED SETUP: Master has 1 Queen & deck to watch sunsets; 2nd b/r has a bed that’s full on bottom & twin on top; 3rd b/r has 1 full. Queen sleep sofa in the l/r. Two daybeds in Sunroom, twin sheets (which acts as a 4th b/r if needed, better for children). 2 fans in this side. No A/C. Sleeps 7 in beds;11 using sleep sofa & daybeds. Park 3-4 cars in driveway. Sorry, no pets. .

Area Information

: On Saco Beaches, guests go to enjoy and after an action packed day they have to come back for their lunch etc, No need to bring chairs or blankets back. Nobody touches the stuff. The area is perfect for families and little kids. Our clients /Families returns every year to make their vacation more memorable , enjoyable and comfortable .

Camp Ellis: Its a Fishing Village area – dotted along with newly remodeled furnishings . It’s still a perfect fishing place for fisherman and lobsterman. Go over the docks and enjoy watching pleasure boats and fishing vessels. Near by is Camp Ellis Generals Store that offers daily lobsters catches during season .

The Lobsters Pond located right around corner known as Fish n Optician , You would have to prepare yourself .
The deep sea fishing boast leaves from docks in Camp Ellis . Also, Kayak rentals located near by for more convenience on Saco River that goes to Ocean on Saco Bay .

Theme & Water park, Funtown USA, & Water Park, Aquaboggin are a 13-minute ride away to Rte. 1 in Saco. Old Orchard Beach with famous pier and amusements is 3 miles away.

This home does Friday to Friday rentals which gives a whole weekend in the house and lets you avoid Saturday traffic coming up and going home

Can rent either side separately or the whole house which would be a total of 6 bedrooms. Discount if multiple weeks taken or whole house is rented.

Great family area. Two restaurants around the corner to walk to. Small store around the corner, walk to for breakfast.

Buy lobsters directly from lobsterman, around the corner.

Dock down the street to watch pleasure & fishing vessels and for kids to do "crabbing". Bait & tackle shop on the dock area. Beach is 25 steps from the house. Family area where generations return year after year on vacation. No high rises in this area, quaint fishing village dotted with the old and the new.
