Very nice Master BR about 400 sq.ft., privately located, quiet, TV-VCR, basic cable, Wi-Fi, All linens. Generous lounging area, Queen bed, desk, walk-in closet, double sink bathrm. Living & dining rms shared but mostly to yourself. Kitchen with all appliances and kitchenware and washer-dryer are shared with owner only. Mature physician owner will enjoy making you feel at home. Off-street parking, gated, nice spacious grounds, patio. Quiet,safe neighborhd of nice homes. Very close to F'way on-ramps of Business #80 & #80 for fast travel;15 min to Roseville or downtown Sacramento. One dog lives here. Non-smoking home; owner is allergic to most perfumes and cigarettes.
