Each bedroom has its own flat screen television. Lower level is completely private and can act as a seperate living area if desired. There is a tv room w 50" and surround sound for movie quality viewing, den w 42" tv. Complete walk out to back yard and pool area. There is a monster 50 ft pool with "tanning bed" shallow end. Both parents and children love this feature. There is a pool house with full bath, changing room and living room.
