Waterfront Home--near Hampton Classic and LPGA

Dock your boat in your backyard. Enjoy fishing in Great Peconic Bay, Noyac Bay, Gardiners Bay or Montauk, all accessible from this home in the Sag Harbor area. This comfortable post modern waterfront home was built in 2001. Enjoy your breakfast, cocktails or looking at the view on the east facing deck. All amenities include a spacious open design, granite countertops, central air conditioning, a spacious deck facing the waterfront accessible from sliding glass doors. The living areas--kitchen and living room-- overlook the waterfront and have access to the deck. The master bedroom suite, located on the first floor, also has access to the deck via a separate sliding glass door and spectacular views. The chef's kitchen has a Thermodor dual heat stove, Amana refrig./freezer, Bosch dishwasher, compactor, a Sharp convection/microwave oven. There is a gas grill on the deck as well as a patio table and comfortable chairs. On the main floor, the TV room has a HD widescreen TV and surround sound and has glass doors setting it apart from the living room. There is an additional full bathroom on the main floor and a complete laundry room. On the second floor two bedrooms face the water and one faces the sunset. There are two complete bathrooms for these three bedrooms upstairs.

Minimum stay is 2 weeks during July and August.

The historic village of Sag Harbor offers shopping, the Bay Street Theater, movies, restaurants, historic tours,and waterfront parks. Sag Harbor is only 3 miles away. Sag Harbor is in the Town of Southampton and approximately 10 miles from the Village of Southampton or 10 miles from the East Hampton Village. Long Beach, a beautiful sandy beach on the bay, is less than 2 miles away. Bring your bike to Long Beach and ride on safe bike lanes to Sag Harbor, the Shelter Island Ferry, or to East Hampton or Bridgehampton. The ocean beaches are a short 10 minute drive as are local wineries. Or take the Shelter Island ferries to get to the North Fork wineries or to the Cross Sound Ferry at Orient to get to New London, CT.

The LPGA Tournament for 2013 is approximately 10 miles away at the Sebonac Golf Course in Southampton.

The Hampton Classic Horse Show is 5 miles away in Bridgehampton and takes place at the end of August each year. The house is available for the horse show in August.

Bridgehampton offers major stores in a shopping center as well as fine dining.
Local food shopping at Cromer's Market is one mile away. Cromer's is known for its quality meats and deli food. Cromer's supplies most restaurant with prime meats, so good food is near by.
