No personal checks will be accepted within 30 days of arrival. **Exception: Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full by credit card or certified check at the time of booking and all monies paid are non-refundable at that time.

The service was great, all questions were answered before we arrived. The cottage was clean and quaint, just like I had hoped for. The location was central everything we had planned. The amenities were good. The best was the cleanliness and water view from the sitting room.
