Description of the Saint Augustine Beach vacation condo rental

Located directly on St. Augustine Beach at Sea Place, this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo direct ocean front condo features amazing views and an amazing family beach.
Relax in our 2 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 6 guests and includes a direct ocean front from the balcony and sliding doors of our condo.

The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music, and wireless internet while inside, or step outside and relax on the large very private balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze.

The oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a table, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.

The 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and include a Master with a king bed, tv set, private full bath room and private balcony with amazing views of the ocean. The 2nd bedroom is located on the opposite end of the unit for more privacy. Bedroom #2 has one queen bed and easy access to another full bathroom. The living room also has a queen sofa sleeper bed for additional capacity and a 1/2 bathroom.

Amenities: AC, heat. Plus new color TVs, DVD players, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels. Condo sleeps 6.

Sea Place is an ocean front community that is only 7 miles to historic downtown St. Augustine. Sea Place features a sparkling pool, ample parking, and a private beach access. Great restaurants, entertainment, golf and tennis nearby and within walking distance. Our beachfront condo is located close to grocery shopping, beautiful beach to stroll, gorgeous sunrise right from your condo.

Condo was lovely; served our needs to a tee; Owner was extremely accommodating; high speed cable connection was a super asset; location right on the waterway was great, especially with the screened deck overlooking the water; very friendly security staff. excellent location for accessing Jacksonville and St. Augustine areas; price was very fair for this level of acommodations. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone travelling to this area.

Our condo had a spectacular view overlooking the ocean. The property was clean and well kept. We did see one large cockroach in the master bathroom however and the tub drain in the main bathroom was clogged. The property grounds were well maintained and the beach was beautiful. The area doesn't offer alot in the way of entertainment for teenagers however and my kids were bored. It would also have been nice if the snack bars would have been open at the pools.

This was the first time we had rented a private condo and really didnt know what to expect. The booking, payment, etc went exceptionally smooth - with follow up emails and phone call confirmations. The condo itself was very nice. Well equipped with kitchenware, appliances, etc. Great location. Quiet, safe, etc. Will definitely do it again. Feel free to use me as a reference!
