Wifi internet is a must these days - and you’ll never have to interrupt your vacation to search for a hotspot. You won’t even have to leave your bed. Condo was lovely; served our needs to a tee; Owner was extremely accommodating; high speed cable connection was a super asset; location right on the waterway was great, especially with the screened deck overlooking the water; very friendly security staff. excellent location for accessing Jacksonville and St. Augustine areas; price was very fair for this level of acommodations. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone travelling to this area.

This was the first time we had rented a private condo and really didnt know what to expect. The booking, payment, etc went exceptionally smooth - with follow up emails and phone call confirmations. The condo itself was very nice. Well equipped with kitchenware, appliances, etc. Great location. Quiet, safe, etc. Will definitely do it again. Feel free to use me as a reference!
