Our corner bottom floor unit backs up to a lush grassy lawn and hedge which adds privacy when sitting on the patio. The private beach access is a short stroll across the property to the ocean.
Our condo has a new flat screen TV in the living area, as well as DVD player and stereo. We have a new flat screen in the master bedroom and small flat screen and DVD player in the guest bedroom for movies. You can bring your own or watch some of our movie collection. Unit E-12 is fully equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, toys and everything you need for a great vacation!
Our kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal or serve "take out" while you are on vacation!
We have attempted to include every item our tenants might need during their stay in our condo. Our condo is our vacation home and we want others to enjoy their stay as much as we do when we visit.
Ocean Village Club sits on 27 acres of oceanside property with beautifully landscaped grounds and well maintained facilities. Enjoy the gated community amenities such as lighted tennis courts, clubhouse with fitness equipment and wireless internet access, 2 pools (1 ocean front with jacuzzi and 1 heated), and shuffleboard.
Lightner Museum, The Old Jail, Lighthouse and Museum, and many more... Nearby are outlet malls, World Golf Village, Marineland, Daytona Beach and The Kennedy Space Center.
Ocean Village Club is three blocks from Winn Dixie, Publix, Starbucks, Blockbuster, etc. Two blocks away is Walgreen's and the Oasis restaurant. We are approximately one and a half miles south of the fishing pier.

The condo was comfortable, clean, lovely, and very kid friendly. And the location is excellent--quiet and relaxed development literally minutes from beach, pool, tennis, restaurants, everything you need for a good vacation. We'll be back!

We stayed at this unit in August and it was impecably clean, beautifully furnished and well stocked with all the items we needed. It was nice to be on the ground floor and close to the pool. It is an easy, short stroll to the beach. Great amenities at OVC! We will return to this "unit which was like a home away from home".
We thoroughly enjoy E-12, and always look forward to returning to this Unit. We found your staff to be very helpful in solving minor glitches along the way - Ellen, Meghan in St. Augustine; Sarah in maintenance in Ponte Vedra; and the two ladies who looked after our booking for 2014.
We find the owner of this unit to be most accommodating, co-operative, and generous. It is always a pleasure to return here.

This condo was clean and very comfortable. It was well equipped and the beds were very firm which is a must for my family. Close to the pool but not too close to be noisy.

Very nicely appointed condo. Great location, and amenities. All in all this was a great winter, with beautiful weather, and comfortable surroundings. We found that the rebooking for 2013 proved to be a stressful process, and that no preference seems to be given to long term returning clients.

We certainly enjoyed our Spring Break stay at this unit at the Ocean Village Club. It was exceptionally well equipped in every way. It has a good ground floor location, next to the tennis courts, the clubhouse, and one of the heated pool. As others noted, it is a bit of a walk to the beach (if you choose to do so and not drive to the parking area closer, or to the beach itself - which allows vehicles on it), but certainly easily done. Also a good location in terms of access to downtown St. Augustine, Anastasia Island State Park, and locales north, as well as south. I lived in St. Augustine prior, and definitely recommend this as a good, moderately priced, clean, friendly place for a great beach vacation.
