This tastefully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is located near the ocean with easy beach
access. The master bedroom suite has a queen bed with a TV, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom with TV,
and a sleeper sofa. This townhouse is fully equipped with a TV/VCR/DVD in the living room, washer and
dryer, full kitchen, and all linens. Unit equipped with wireless high speed internet services. There
is an outdoor heated pool in the resort and the unit is just a short block to the ocean. This unit is
non-smoking and does not allow pets. Just minutes from shopping, art galleries, fine dining.

 Great for Oceanfront Peace & Quiet, August 11, 2008

Small condo complex. Nice oceanfront location with easy boardwalk over dunes. Beach never crowded, and we were very pleased with the wide natural beach (no jetty, no bulldozer beach make-over). Saw large gopher tortoise in the dunes from balcony. Nice neighbors (?full-time) shared gardening tips and plants. Complex never noisy (except perhaps our kids). Only one easily remedied deficit-- Unit has older TV and VCR which were incompatible with new DVD player; could only watch DVDs on smaller upstairs TV.
