Fun Beach House, Duplex with Style - A

we are located on B street, the 4rth house from the beach (60 ft). the inside of the house is very fun & cheery. everything is new & updated. there is a nice deck off master bdrm you can see the ocean & have cocktails or relax in the spacious back yard for a bbq. our garages are rec rooms. we have ping pong, darts, ring toss. we also have bikes & awsome beach chairs. if you have a dog, the back yard is fenced in. since it is a duplex, a tennis net is provided, it is rolled up & attached to the back fence & can be rolled out & hooked to house dividing yard directly in half.

B street is in a very local area, casual & relaxing with out the highrises & traffic of most areas. many local bars & resturants within walking & biking distance. downtown st.aug is just 3 to 4 miles away or just sit on upper deck, back yard or enjoy the ocean.....it is truly a haven!
