Very Relaxing Fun Beach House,Duplex with Style- B

a beautifully decorated duplex with a casual flair....4rth house from the beach (60 ft). both sides available & are identical except in decor. each side is unique. there is a deck off the master bdrm for cocktails & a screened in patio below with a large back yard & patio for bbqs. the garages are equipped with ping pong, darts, ring toss, bicycles & of course, beach chairs. we constantly update, repair, repaint etc to always keep it clean, fun & beachy!. the back yard is fenced in and can be divided by a tennis net rolled up on back fence if you have a dog.

we are located in the most fun casual area. its the original one mile stretch of st. aug. bch area where all the original bars & restaurants popped up when surfers started hitting the beach. some still have part of their original structure like jacks bbq & the FA grille. they have been added on to & many new ones but all local. all within walking distance or bike. there are no condos & high rises. downtown st aug just few miles away. grocery & other shopping/eateries just qtr. mile south. fabulous place!
