Description of the Saint Augustine Beach vacation townhouse rental
Ponce Landing is nestled right in the prime location on Anastasia Island in the heart of St Augustine Beach, located directly oceanfront. You can see the ocean from every unit, excellent balcony views from our oceanfront units, little slices from our poolside units. Our unit farthest from the ocean is still very, very close!
Each townhome is two bedroom, two bath, 1200 square feet plus an attached private garage which is very nice for the occasional raining day or to protect your vehicle from the salt air! All units are fully furnished including a washer and dryer. We like to think that all you need to bring is sunscreen! The living area is downstairs and includes a bathroom with a shower, pantry, kitchen, dining area, living room with a walkout patio. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a walkout balcony, a bathroom with shower and tub and the guest bedroom with a sun deck. No smoking and no pets.
Attached garage, on-site management, 2 beautifully cared for pools, amazing oceanfront views, peaceful, quite courtyard, responsive maintenance, and many more benefits an onsite management program provides.

first time at Ponce Landing

When we arrived we found our accomodations very nice, clean and ready to move in for the week. The staff were very courteous & helpful. The beach was beautiful. We had a wonderful, restful, enjoyable week and was not disappointed in any way of our first time stay at Ponce Landing. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.
