Ponce Landing is on the island and we are direct oceanfront. You can see the ocean from most of our units and it is a two minute walk to the beach from our private boardwalk.

All of our units are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1200 square feet not counting the attached private garage. Units are fully furnished including a washer and dryer. The living area is downstairs and includes a bathroom with a shower, pantry, kitchen, dining area, living room with a walkout patio. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a walkout balcony, a bathroom with shower and tub, and a guest bedroom with a sun deck. All units are no smoking no pets.

Beautiful beach to walk or drive on, clean ocean waves with gradual drop off - fun for all ages!
