Our magnificent townhouse is being offered for rental for the very first time, so we have lots of available weeks, and if you compare our rates to comparable properties in the area, you'll find that they are extremely competitive--because we want to win your business!

HOA bylaws dictate minimum of week's booking--no nightly, weekend, or partial week

*$2750 a week for up to 8 persons (rates scheduled to go up October 1, 2009)

*$100 per additional person per week up to maximum occupancy of 12 (babies up to one year old free)

*9% sales and lodging tax ($247.50)

*$300 cleaning fee

*$1000 deposit to reserve dates due with contract, converts to refundable security deposit upon check-in

*Remainder of rent, tax, and fees due 30 days prior to arrival

*Payment by check or credit card through PayPal with additional fees applied
