House is a part of St Augustine Beach & Tennis condos which is ocean front complex situated in St. Augustine Beach at Anastasia Island. House is not an ocean front but a boardwalk distance from ocean. Our guest have advantage to not pay anything for ocean front condo but they can enjoy all the great facilities which come along the complex.

For Ex . the private gated complex pool behind the dunes . It’s like you have private beach club along with 2 pools – 1 is 8 ft deep and another lap pool along with restrooms and showers. Enjoy spending day on pool, else just take a leisurely walk near the ocean!

House is a part of row with 6 other beautiful units that offers you great privacy then a condo & you will surely like the peaceful surroundings . Villa was recently remodeled to ensure you the comfortable and reliable stay .
We would like if you treat it just like your second home (vacation home) . Kitchen offers all new stainless appliances & is highly accessorized, quite spacious with the counter space.

Dinning area features table & chairs which seats 4 with the slider doors to patio area . Connected to dinning place is living area with loveseat, couch and chair .
