This Key West like property is located on the Heanley Canal, 1000 feet from the Gulf of Mexico. Sanibel Island is a half mile in the distance. One bedroom plus a queen Murphy bed in office suitable for one or two couples. Quiet, laid back island lifestyle. Boat lift available.

Area Description

Property is located on Pine Island which is 10 miles West of Fort Myers, Florida and just north of Sanibel Island.
St James City is "Old Florida" with a laid back lifestyle.
Friends refer to it as a "drinking town with a fishing problem". Pine Island is 17 miles long composed of four small towns. St James City (property location) is on the southern end of the island. Bokeelia is on the North end and Matlacha is the entry to the island and in the middle.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Great resteraunts nearby, lots of live music and many art shops on the island. It is an artist heaven and truly represents old Florida. This is not a gated community but island laid back life.
