Beautiful one bedroom apartment in prime location set in a private park, Les Marines de Gassin.

The apartment is approx 30m sq and sleeps 4 (Sofa bed in living room and twin beds in separate bedroom)

It is equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV and DVD player (with numerous films to view), and superb jet spray shower.

Recreational facilities include a vast lagoon swimming pool (open from April to November), with security fence and staff. Plus secure parking.

Tennis courts, laundry and a gym are available for an additional charge.

Sit and relax with a glass of wine on the balcony with a beautiful sea view. Or visit the Bay of St Tropez, which is famous for its harbour side restaurants, designer clothes shops. You may even get the chance to rub shoulders with the rich and famous.

The complex is wonderfully situated on the edge of the famous St Tropez Bay and close to the two charming villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle.

It is within a short walk to a large fun park with a children's play area, fairground rides and crazy golf, sailing and diving.

Only a 15 minute stroll to Port Grimaud the 'Venice in Provence' and within easy reach by car or train to the famous tourist attractions of Cannes, Nice, Gassim, Grasse, Monaco and Monte Carlo......

The apartment is approx 45-minute drive away from Toulon Airport and approx 90 minutes from Nice Airport.

Exit at Le Muy, then take the RD25 to Sainte Maxime. Follow the signs for Saint Tropez for 10 km. Then, at the La Foux intersection (Géant La Foux shopping centre) follow the signs for Saint Tropez. 500 m further on, Les Marines de Gassin is on the left.
