This luxury villa with private pool is located in the heart of St Tropez, between two of the most beautiful beaches :Les Salins and Canebiers, and it has been totally renovated to a high standard.
The villa, surrounded by trees and grass, has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower and bath tub. We can provide with another twin bedroom, on request. These make it perfect for a group of friends or for a large family.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom, the large and cozy living room and the spacious entrance hall which has 2 different views. From the hall you can go to the pool area and to the completely equipped kitchen. On the second floor there are the other 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms with balcony has an adjoining terrace and the others 2 have also their own balcony.
Outside there is a BBQ house and a fully equipped summer kitchen, the heated pool area and a stone terrace with sun beds and outside furniture where you can relax.

Saint Tropez, a beautiful and famed destination on the French Rivera, is surrounded by endless white sandy beaches and a sunny climate. The city is popular thanks to its azure waters, luxurious yachts in harbor, famous hotels, cafes and clubs on the beaches. There are many tourists there and many luxury sports cars. Night life is fantastic and you can often see VIP guest arriving by helicopters. A lot of tourists come during summer with hope to meet some stars and they do. Most popular activities are windsurfing, canoeing and sailing, other people prefer motorized water sports, like power boats, water skiing or jet bikes.
