In south west of France, the cottage is classified 4* and is an old detached property from XVII ème century, set on a hill side of St Antoine de breuilh between Bergerac and St Emilion. In the heart of Bergerac and Montravel wine growing region, it offers a magnificient view to the green Dordogne valley
The cottage belong to the wine growing farm "Château Moulin Caresse" owned by Sylvie et Jean-François Deffarge since XVIII ème century. It has been recently renovated respecting the traditions and characterof the house and surrounding area. It is set in a calm and small hamlet and profits by an attractive neighbourhood. Summer or winter, lot of occupations between tourist visits and sportive activities (canoe, tennis, horse riding, golf, jet ski...) or wine tasting at the winery or just having a nice moment near the fire inside the house.
