Vacation Rental Description

Rosemount stands on an elevated garden at
the corner of Church Street and Shadycombe Lane, opposite Holy Trinity Church.
It is ideally situated, with glorious views of the estuary and surrounding
fields, yet five minutes walk to the shops and the harbour. Rosemount can
accommodate 8-10 visitors. Parking is available for two cars.

Rosemount is available from March 1 to November 1st now and during all school
holidays and at other times during the year.

Area Description

Salcombe, one of England's most admired sailing and fishing towns, lies within an area of outstanding beauty. It is situated at the mouth of a tidal estuary, surrounded by golden sandy beaches and extraordinary coastal walks.
