Description of the Salida vacation home rental

Our cute and cosy 2-bedroom vacation rental home is suitable for up to 4 people. An additional bedroom is available in our guest house which sleeps 2-3. Amenities include wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ Grill, Pick-nick Table and fire ring as well as laundry facilities for weeklong+ stays. Our grassy backyard with thick bushes and fences on both sides gives privacy and is family-friendly.

The house (5th and C)is 3 blocks from Alpine Park (5th and E) and 6 blocks from Riverside Park (Sackett and D). Downtown shopping district as well as several gourmet Restaurants are in easy walking distance.

Salida is close to the Colorado and Continental Divide Trails, world-class fishing and whitewater rafting on the Arkansas River. The Salida Hot-springs pool is great for indoor swimming and relaxing, for an outdoor experience visit the nearby Mt. Princeton Hot Springs or Cottonwood Hot-springs.

Great skiing is to be had at the Monarch Ski-Area, about 25 minutes away.

For cancellations within the 30 day period a partial refund can only be expected if place can be re-rented. Security deposit of $100 is due upon arrival and will be refunded within 3 days after stay, if no damage occurred. Pets will require additional deposit.
