Located 13 miles from downdown Salida, where you will find many lovely artist galleries, antique shops and all kinds of shops to purchase or rent outdoor gear. For skiing enthusiasts the home is located about 30 minutes from Monarch Sli Resort. Great property for fishermen and boaters. Boat accessible.

We loved staying in this house! Everything was wonderful...the meals we ate on the deck,the roaring flow of the river, and the view from the deck was "breath taking"!! We would love to stay here again for sure!!

Perfect Rocky Mountain Getaway, May 29, 2009

Stayed at home over memorial day weekend. The house is beautifully remodelled. Had a wondeful time rafting the class two and three rapids through Bighorn Sheep canyon out the back door. The mountain biking out the front door was perfect for the kids and the expert riders in the group. we also enjoyed the hiking trials right in front of the house. The best part was watching sunrises and sunsets from the hottub on the back porch by the river in the shadow of the Sangre De Christo Mountains!
