Description of the Salida vacation home rental

"Casa Bella del Rio" has recently been renovated and new on the market.
Situated on 2 acres, this lovely Spanish ranch home sits right on the river with mountain views surrounding. What a beautiful spot to enjoy the hot tub and look at the stars. The interior has new hardwood and tile floors , all new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen. Linens are provided. Please call for rates as they vary from low to high season.

Area Information

Located 13 miles from downdown Salida, where you will find many lovely artist galleries, antique shops and all kinds of shops to purchase or rent outdoor gear. For skiing enthusiasts the home is located about 30 minutes from Monarch Sli Resort. Great property for fishermen and rafters. We are minutes from several raft companies. The rafts go past the house.

Awesome house

The property that we rented for the week was absolutely perfect. We were a party of 6 and the house was very accomadating. There was plenty of room for all and only a short distance to Salida and the mountains.

I stayed at this LOVELY and BEAUTIFUL house august 13th thru the 20th, this was absolutley the best vacation ive ever takin and the best place oive ever been. I have traveled for a living and have been to many places.... Again this was by far the most beautiful, scenic, fun place ive ever seen. The house is PERFECT! It is centerly located to many attractions and the river being right behind the house just adds to the setting! The owners have really put alot of thought and care into making sure the house is a warm and welcoming place! I personal thank them for that and allowing me to enjoy such a wonderful place! Im already planning my trip back to this exact spot! Its just that PERFECT!!

We loved staying in this house! Everything was wonderful...the meals we ate on the deck,the roaring flow of the river, and the view from the deck was "breath taking"!! We would love to stay here again for sure!!

Perfect Rocky Mountain Getaway

May 29, 2009

Stayed at home over memorial day weekend. The house is beautifully remodelled. Had a wondeful time rafting the class two and three rapids through Bighorn Sheep canyon out the back door. The mountain biking out the front door was perfect for the kids and the expert riders in the group. we also enjoyed the hiking trials right in front of the house. The best part was watching sunrises and sunsets from the hottub on the back porch by the river in the shadow of the Sangre De Christo Mountains!
