THE ALLEN HOUSE" an 1884 fully remodeled and modernized Historical Victorian Home. Step back in time and enjoy this beautiful charmer, that was purchased by Mrs. Charles Allen on March 22, 1884 for $600.00.
Enjoy your evening on the covered patio in your private fenced yard next to the tranquil fish pond, while cooking dinner on your charcoal or gas BBQ grill. Light a fire in the patio fire pit to quell that night chill.
Entertain in the large eat in kitchen which includes an antique dining set, and all the modern appliances you come to expect, all surrounded by ceramic tile floors. By the way, the kitchen has its owne flat screed TV, so you can cook and not miss your favorite program.
Relax in the family room and watch your 55" flat screen TV with surround-sound.
The center piece of the large bathroom, is an oversized antique claw foot soaking tub, which also includes a seperate shower and seperate water closet.
End your day by setteling into your antique, hand carved, 4 poster bed, setting upon the original pine-wood floors ownce enjoyed by Mrs. Charles Allen. Watch your 46" flat screen TV, or read your favorite book, while surrounded by 500 count sheets.
