Description of the Salinas vacation condo rental

The Torre Centinela condo is located in the beautiful beaches of Ecuador's South Pacific coast and is located 25 minutes from Salinas. Ocean view from the bedroom area. One bedroom and one bathroom confortably sleeps 2 people. A folding mattress is also provided for 1 or 2 small children or one adult. DirecTV is included and Wireless Internet can be accessed from the apartment as well as from the 2 lobbies in Torre Centinela. Guests have access to the Punta Centinela beach resort as well as access to the private beach. The Condominium has it's own swimming pool but it also includes access to 2 additional pools in Punta Centinela Yacht Club. The Punta Centinela resort also offers restaurants, bar, sauna, playground. Torre Centinela provides security 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Private parking for one car is also provided.

Area Information

The condo is located in beautiful Ruta del Sol, about 25 minutes from Salinas and one and 1 1/2 hour from Guayaquil International Airport. Is is located in the Punta Centinela complex with access to resaturants, pools, private beach. You can feel safe in this complex since access is restricted to authorized guests only.

Very relaxing and comfortable

We stayed a week in this condo and it was very relaxing, the pool area both at the condo and at the club was very clean and the beach was beautiful. Very quiet during the week, with a few other visitors on the weekend. I imagine it will get busier once the completion of the project is done. Easy bus ride for .40 cents to Salinas or taxi ride for $6.00. Staff were very nice and helpful. Would give a 5 star if there were markets close by which I understand there will be one in the near future!!! We would stay again!!

Wonderful studio!

Beautiful view, nice facilities, and not crowded except a bit on weekends and holidays. Internet in the lobby. Food at the restaurant is very good. Landlords are great -- helpful and considerate in every way! Onsite staff is very nice and helpful, although none of them speak English. They keep the place up very nicely. A minor problem is that the nearby hotel has a disco on Saturday nights that plays loud music until late. Overall, this was a great experience. I will definitely return.

Beautiful condo and beach.

A great place to stay if your going to Salinas. Very comfortable and cozy and very clean as well. The parking attendant and receptionist were very nice. And even the other people staying at the condo were very friendly. The beach was private and very clean. Also with a great view of the pool and ocean. We did not eat at the restaurant, but there was a picture menu in the room and it looked pretty good. It was also a 15 to 20 minute ride to the Salinas strip. But overall the experience was excellent. We will definitely come back again soon.
