Description of the Salinas vacation condo rental
Ocean-front in the heart of the action right on Malecón. 180 degree spectacular view of the ocean from the 9th. floor balcony and all rooms. Wake up to see the sunrise from the balcony on Pacific, This beautifully decorated unit in a 24X7 secured building has two running elevators at all times and offers you everything you need to have a wonderful vacation in Ecuador. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, dining area, galley style kitchen and maid's quarter with a separate bathroom. It is rented furnished, including 2 a/c units, 3 tv sets, refrigerator, a washer, dryer, dishwasher and microwave with 24 hour on demand running hot water on all faucets. Step out from the building and there you are in the heart of town. Grocery store is right behind the building. Pharmacy is downstairs and a easy walk to tons of restaurants, shops and activities. The unit comes with a two car covered and secured parking; No car. . . yet. . .need to go to Guayaquil??? Shuttle van service one block from unit takes you there in less than 90 minutes for only $10.

A:Stay above on 9th. floor and watch all the activities down below all day long without even stepping out if you so desire. Night clubs, disco, dining choices are right below fi your turn left or right of the building. Like water sports ??? They are just in front of the building all year long jet ski, kayak, boats, canoes,swimming ...everything.

A:You are in the middle of all activities without even stepping out yet you are safe and quiet inside your unit.
Q:How do I commute around if I do not have a vehicle?
A:If you live in this Condo, you do not need a vehicle. Every necessity for your living is steps out of the building. The Grocery and fresh bakery is on the street behind the building. Ice cream parlor, fast food, pharmacy or quick convenient store down below, Internet cafe, service to Guayaquil airport by limo (cost $10 per person) is a block away. Bus to Salinas market or La Liberetad (.25 cents) is on the street behind the building. Dining choices are all around you. Should you need to go to the mall take the bus or jump in on a cab outside the building to El Pasio for $3.00 Everything else including bus terminus, church, curios, shopping, artisans etc. are all within walking distance. And of course cross the street and you are on the beach.
