Description of the Salisbury vacation cottage rental

3 OR 4 BEDROOM OCEANFRONT - Aug 29-Sept 7 (special 9 night rental for the same price as 7 nights)

Location! Location! Location! Step off your porch into the sand. Oceanfront beach house on Salisbury Beach, Massachusetts.

The front house on the beach is split down the middle into two units (one four-bedroom and one three-bedroom each renting for $1800 per week). The master bedroom in each unit has a queen-size bed and is located on the second floor with beautiful sun rise views over the ocean. Beautiful views of the moon over the water at night and the sun in the morning. Each unit has four twins located in the bedroom(s) behind the master. There is a half bath upstairs in each unit. Downstairs is a living room fully equipped with cable TV. Off the living area is a newly renovated full bath in each unit. The kitchen is behind the living area and is fully equipped. Off the kitchen is another bedroom with a queen-size bed.

There is another unit behind the main house sleeps 7 with two bedrooms, one-and-one-half baths, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer renting for $1500 per week. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has three twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The unit behind the main house has fantastic sunsets with marsh views and is on the ocean-side of the street - just 5 steps to sand!

All units are smoke-free and there are two parking spaces per unit. Linens are provided by the tenant (property owner will provide linens for an additional fee). Two gas grills are provided on the premises.

This place was so nice and great to relax in specially in front of the beach. The apt was clean and well furnished. Location was great! I would stay there again for what it cost.

If you don't mind rustic decor, aka amateur repair jobs and second-hand furniture, the location of this duplex apartment and the reasonable off-season cost will delight you. The pictures provided online are quite accurate. The beach is just yards from the porch and the picture window in the second floor bedroom provides breathtaking views of the ocean. The beach grass just beyond the porch also guarantees privacy without obscuring the view. The beds were comfortable. The living space was roomy and the kitchen was well-stocked with every gadget and appliance one would need. This place is not fancy, but, for the money, a great find.
