This home is in the North End of Salisbury beach- very nice area, with year round residental homes. Private path directly to beach. There is plently to do on the beach here, surfing, kitesurfing, volleyball, boogie boarding, kayaking etc. There is a kayak shop, a surf shop and a kiteboarding shop all a mile down the road with lessons/rentals. Loads of restaurants.Arcades one mile down road. Hampton Beach two miles. 10 minutes from Newburyport & Amesbury. The train is 15 minutes away - easy access to Boston. Portsmouth only 20 minutes. Beautiful sunset views.
