We are renting our historic duplex house just for dog / pet lovers - Bring your dogs / pets (the city allows up to three at a time).

This historic house is a 100+ year-old charming brick house covered with new vinyl siding, new windows, new roof, new kitchen cabinets, and heater. Pugsley Park is across the street West and 7-11 is across the street North.

Rent includes WIFI 5MB/sec secure internet and Direct Tv.

Area Description

Two lots away is a major bus line, four blocks away is the City. There is some industry just North/West, and the City is South. Mountains / close-by trails are East. The Capitol Building is Three blocks East. Six ski resorts are about 1/2 hour South/East, Park City is about 40 min East. Bountiful is about 7 min. North and Provo is about 40 min. South

There is a ton to do from this location from downtown attractions and events to recreation and the Great Salt Lake about 20 min West, to Mormon sites, to the University of Utah about 10 to 20 min East, to business either in industrial area or downtown. There are also lots of golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, parks,museums, and festivals. Wendover casinos are 1 1/2 hrs West.
