Description of the Salta vacation apartment rental
Rented by owner, by day, week, and month, fully furnished and equipped, this delightful studio is located in the historical quarter of the city of Salta. The department has 40 m2 (430 sq ft) -max capacity 3 people-. The living room and bedroom areas are separated or/and integrated by sliding doors, giving a feeling of spaciousness, with a beautiful picture window that provides ample sun and light to the apartment. The bedroom has a queen sommier bed and the living room a pull-out sofa bed, both with first quality linens. Complete bathroom (bathtub, shower and bidet) with ante bathroom (sink with marble countertop). A fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room and dining areas through a wooden counter with stools. The apartment includes internet and Wi-Fi service, telephone for local calls, cable TV, DVD player and an interesting stock of books and DVD movies. The upper floor has a sun deck with jacuzzi, outdoor grill, gymnasium and sauna; all spaces have great views to the mountains and nearby colonial buildings. The building has elevator and a garage for medium sized cars. Once a week maid service is included.
Area Description
Half a block from the San Bernardo Convent (Carmelites Order), four blocks from the Main Square and five blocks from the Bus Terminal Station,the apartment is located in the historical quarter of the city. Colonial streets and houses harmonize with modern buildings, like the MAAM, Museum where the famous mummified Inka children from Llullaillaco Mountain are kept.The "Teleferico", cable car to the summit of the Cerro San Bernardo leaves from Parque San Martin , three blocks to the south from the apartment.
From the top of the hill, you can see the typical Spanish grid of colonial cities, with its most relevant monuments: the Main Square (Plaza Principal), the Iglesia San Francisco and the Cathedral.
Local and theme restaurants, museums, less than 5 minutes afar; mountaineering, whitewater rafting, windsurfing, water park, one hour afar; the Cafayate Wine Route 2 hours afar.
