Cabin on Lake Sheila, 4 miles from downtown Saluda. The town of Saluda is just 1 mile off RtI-26 and exit 59. About 3 1/5 hours from Charleston,SC.

Area Information

Saluda is a quaint town known for its shopping,restaurants, wonderful waterfalls,hiking trails, and white water rafting.
Just minutes to Flat Rock and the North Carolina Playhouse. For the horsey set there is the wonderful town of Tryon, known for all types of horse events and steeplechase races. The Biltmore Estate in Ashville is a thirty minute drive and a lovely place on the way for lunch is the Gvove Park Inn. Hendersonville is just a short distance away with wonderful restaurants, excellent bakery and the Fresh Foods Market.

,On a pristine,clean lake, no motor boats/ 2 kayaks in basement for guests enjoyment.
Wonerful Restarunts in the Historical town of Saluda just 3 miles into town. Park for children and skate boarding also.
Pearson's Falls is just 3 miles south of Saluda. Flat Rock Theater and downtown Hendersville is just about 12 miles, downtown Tryon is about the same and Ashville is about a 1/2 hour drive.Stop at the Grove Park Inn for lunch, dinner or enjoy there wonderful Spa.

Lovely Lake House

November 15, 2011

This is a great vacation rental just minutes from Saluda, NC and the South Carolina border. It is very charming and has a lovely lake view off of the back. There is a large hammock, a bench on the dock and plenty of chairs on the deck to rest, relax and take advantage of the lovely view. We had 4 adults and 3 young children (4, 7, and 8) and it slept us all comfortably.

I loved swimming in the lake as a child and always happy when children are part of the group.
Hopefully they will all have happy memories.

The Lake Shelia Cabin provided the perfect peaceful getaway. The setting was so serene and the cabin had all the amenities needed for our stay. The spacious cabin was perfect for me and my husband, but would also be ideal for 2 couples or children!
