One-bedroom, spacious and luminous condo facing the ocean by Barra Lighthouse. Superb views from the bedroom, living room/dining area, balcony and kitchen! Two great beaches to choose from only meters away.

Barra has the best of both worlds: a Brazilian surfer €™s beach scene and the vibrant city life. You €™ll be close to everything in town. Restaurants, internet cafes, laundromats, bars and shopping malls only minutes away. The bus stop to the wild beaches north of town is just a couple of meters from the door. Barra is a safe area and the building has 24-hour desk service and security.

The condo is fully furnished, and was refurbished in June 06. It sleeps 4 people (one double bed and one sleeping couch). The kitchen is fully equipped.

For New Year €™s and Carnaval this is the city €™s top location with the carnival parade passing under the balcony and the shows taking place right in front of the building.
