Deposits: During high season the price is by week. And half of the total amount of the staying is required in order to reserve it. The price is up to 4 people, for each additional person it will be charge an additional $100 per week. Check-in or Check-outs performed between 12 am to 6 am have an extra cost of U$S50 (equivalent to R$100) for host's taxi. Securiy deposit is required, that varies on the time rented.

What a fantastic time in Salvador Da Bahia, a magical place to spent time relaxing and enjoying life ,the most enchanting villa and neighbours . The culture is to die for ,the food , praia, and people made it a time, not to be slept away , but to be cherished , embraced, and loved with your whole heart. A Brazilian Feast

I recently stayed in this wonderful house with my husband and two adult children.This was our first trip to Brazil. We spent three weeks immersed in the neighborhood and the culture of Bahia.We enjoyed shopping for food at the market and observing Bahian life on our morning walks to the market and the beach. The house is just what we imagined it to be. Spacious, comfortable, rustic, bohemian, private, indoor, outdoor.The neighborhood is full of music, a languid energy, and colorful characters. I highly recommend this house for a taste of Bahia and Brazil. Thanks to Nico for providing a wonderful, amazing place to stay and to Luz who helped us when we needed it!
