HAPPY DAYS are here again. This exciting and unique 2796s.f. oceanfront home has large bedrooms and wide, furnished exterior sundecks designed by one of Hatteras’ top builders to catch ocean sunrises and sound sunsets. The ground level has good parking, outdoor shower, fish station, u/h entry, and an easy path to an inviting beach. On level one O/F queen bed 1 has TV, deck, and ½ bath with shared shower with bed 2 with 2 singles, TV, and ½ bath. O/F queen bed 3 has a deck, TV, and shares a bath with tub/shower with bed 4 with 2 bunks and TV. The convenient laundry area is on this level. The huge 2nd level has a full bath, tall ceilings, incredible natural views, resort furnishings, a gas fireplace, an entertainment center with LCD/TV, stereo, a large video library and games galore. All meals will shine when prepared in the fully equipped large kitchen and served at the O/F dining area. Bedroom 5 has a daybed with trundle and deck access to the hammock swing. The third level is the magical loft with panoramic ocean views. Kids of all ages will gravitate up here where they wll have their choice of lounging around on the two couches, sleeper sofa ,and recliner, watching TV, piecing together puzzles at the game table and calling for you to venture out onto this top deck for the awesome sound sunsets.
