Description of the Samara vacation condo rental

Our 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom condo is located in a secure 16 unit building , with pool and gardens, in the Pacific Coast town of Samara.

It is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, A/C and a large closet. Eating inside or outside on patio, both have ceiling fans.. Weekly maid service is included and laundry facilities are available on site. Also Wi-Fi internet for a small fee.

It is a 5 minute walk to beautiful Samara Beach, one of the safest swimming beaches in Costa Rica. " Downtown " Samara is a 10 minute walk for restaurants, shops, bars and other amenities. No need to have a car! There is also a small store and restaurants very close to our place.

Enjoy the natural beauty of Samara. Snorkel, surf, horseback ride, walk the beach or just lay back in the sun!. Learn to speak Spanish at the Intercultura Institute. The choice is yours....

It is also a great location if you are looking for a place to live while you are building a home in the area.
