The apartment was cute and clean. Everything that you would find in a hotel was available, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, etc as well as a full kitchen. Very good location, easy to get to all parts of San Antonio. Owners were great to work with. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting San Antonio

Can't expect better

It's a little late reply but my experience was just nothing but great. The little cottage that I took new pictures of for them is way nicer than the pictures can do justice. The Ramirez couple is very nice and helping (they gave us their oil when we forgot to get it from wal-mart). I would recommend a stay here.

We really enjoyed are stay at Irene and Juan little cottage. We did a lot of cooking while we were there and Irene has the kitchen stocked with everything I needed. We were there over Thanksgiving and they even invited us to have dinner with them. We ended up going into town for dinner but it was such a nice gesture. I highly recommend this home. Elaine

Our new 'Home Away From Home"!

We were VERY happy with our stay! The cottage was amazing, it was very clean, super cute and cozy, but very spacious with two bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen w/ dining area and extra living space! You cannot get that 'at home' feel for that price anywhere! The location was perfect, literally minutes from anything and everything! The owners were some of the nicest people we've met and very thoughtful! We really enjoyed visiting with them and when they found out we were there getting married, we came 'home' the next day to a very nice wine picnic basket and card! We have definitely found our new 'home away from home' and will be staying there again anytime we are back in the area! I can't say enough great things about them, the cottage, or our experience! See you guys again soon!

Fabulous AGAIN!

I have stayed with the lovely Ramirez Family before and brought my nephew and his girlfriend on a second visit. It was perfect, as we all had our privacy, yet a cozy area to share games, meals and conversation. It was easy for out of town guests to find their way around town, from the cottage, and once again, provided a cozy, clean, friendly atmosphere. I will be there again, with yet another guest, in November!

Best Little Cottage in Texas

This is a very cute and cozy 2 bedroom cottage. My family and I stayed for 5 days. Had no complaints about this place. My husband enjoyed watching tv with satellite including HBO. My daughter's room had a tv/dvd combo, which she got to watch her RIO movie on. They also had a play pen available where my grandson would play and take naps in. This place is also very close to downtown, only about 6 minutes way. The Ramirez's are the most sweetest and kindest people ever! They made are stay so wonderful! We plan to make this place our second home when we are in San Antonio.

Nice place to stay in San Antonio

My wife and I with our 3 small children stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The Ramirez's were great hosts and we really enjoyed our time there. They made sure all our needs were met and even let us wash clothes in their personal washer and dryer. We were able to sit down and talk to them a couple of times and my kids gave them hugs on the morning we left. We saved a lot of money by buying our groceries and using the kitchen which had all we needed to make meals each morning and night. The house is close to everything with downtown only 5 minutes away and SeaWorld about 18 minutes away. We plan on staying there again.

Charming Carriage House Apartment

This charming carriage house apartment couldn't have been more perfect! It was roomy and comfortable and had everything we needed. We normally stay in a hotel on the Riverwalk when we're in San Antonio but this was such a pleasant experience that we plan to come back and stay with Juan and Irene again. You won't find more accommodating hosts!

This is at least a 100 year old Carriage House behind a small Mansion in a historic part of San Antonio--very easy access to I-10, location convenient to Park and Zoo, downtown. Two bedroom cottage, excellent Kitchen, ready to go. Two televisions, hooked up to Satellite with all Stations including HBO, comfortable and quiet--the owners are very nice people and made every effort to make us feel welcome.
