Perfect location one block from the San Antonio Riverwalk. Cozy, two bedroom home welcomes children and pets for stays of 30 days or more only.
Walk everywhere; downtown, The Alamo, Convention Center, Alamodome and to all the shopping, restaurants, entertainment central San Antonio offers.
Our superb location on King William Street in the King William Historic District gives additional opportunity for siteseeing, antiquing, and restaurants right in the neighborhood.
The KW House is totally renovated: central air conditioning/heat, wood cabinet kitchen, built-ins in the dining area, a living room with satellite television, VCR and Wi-Fi, high speed computer access.

Two bedrooms and one full bathroom with tub/shower and spacious vanity and medicine chest. The telephone (with unoimited long distance) and all utilities are included.

KW House has off street parking and a fenced, shady yard with a new wood deck. Children and pets are welcome with advance reservation.

KW House is located on King William Street, the finest street of the historic district. One block from the Riverwalk it is a park-like area full of magnificent old homes, shady walkways and parks. Quaint shops, galleries and excellent restaurants line the main streets and Victorian homes are available for tours.
This location puts guests within walking distance of downtown San Antonio, near the trolley and bus lines and close to the railroad station.

 Perfect for Riverwalk and More!, June 1, 2009

Our little family of 3 - me, hubby and infant son stayed here for a recent trip to San Antonio. It was the perfect size for us and in a great location! All the advantages of being walking distance to the Alamo and Riverwalk without all of the crowds and noise! It's an incredibly comfy little cottage, and you truly feel at home during your stay. We set up a portable crib in the second bedroom, and my son slept as well as he would at home. The innkeeper is probably one of the kindest people I've ever met and made sure we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. When we left, we truly felt like were leaving home! We'll definitely be back!

This condo was a very convenient spot to stay for recent Final Four. Walking distance to downtown, River Walk, and Alamo Dome. Enjoyed our stay.
