Our superb location on King William Street in the King William Historic District gives additional opportunity for siteseeing, antiquing, and restaurants right in the neighborhood.

The KW House is totally renovated: central air conditioning/heat, wood cabinet kitchen, built-ins in the dining area, a living room with satellite television, DVD, Wi-Fi, telephone with unlimited long distance. All utilities included.

Two bedrooms and one full bathroom with tub/shower and spacious vanity and medicine chest.
KW House has off street parking and a fenced, shady yard with a shady wood deck. Children and pets are welcome with advance reservation.

Area Information

KW House is located on King William Street, the finest street of the historic district. One block from the Riverwalk the KW-House is in a park-like area filled with magnificent old homes and shady walkways.
Quaint shops, galleries and excellent restaurants line the main streets and Victorian homes are available for tours.
This location puts guests within walking distance of downtown San Antonio, near the trolley and bus lines,and close to the railroad station.
Drive everywhere in the San Antonio metro area easily as KW House is near the main "hub" of all highways. Malls, Sea World, Schlitterbaun, Six Flags Fiesta Texas and more are within a short drive.
Golf courses, tennis facilities a new health club nd the downtown Y provide additional opportunities.

When planning your next vacation would you like to include staying in an area that is rich in American Hstory,trolley rides,endless shopping opportunities,fine dining,friendly people and gracious and accomodating hosts. If this is your idea of a great adventure par excellance,consider a vacation at 322 King William Street in the historial King William section of San Antonio,TX. This is a house with hugh back yard and all the amenities above mentioned within easy reach. And remember that this is a comminity full of old ststely 3 story homes,too.

wonderful vacation stay

I feel I was very lucky to find this great rental home on internet by chance. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this comfortable and cozy home on a beautiful tree-lined street very close to the River Walk. The location was excellent. The restaurants,shops, museums, the Alamo, downtown and other famous landmarks are all walking distance from there. I was surprised as this fully furniched home was equipped with nearly everything one needs including soaps, dishwashing liquid, paper towels,salt& pepper, oil, all kitchen utensils, place mats, boxes of tissue papers in every room, bathroom things,towels,sheets,blankets,iron, hairdryer,cable TV, computer access, free use of telephone, etc. There were even the real fruits and cookies on the dining table welcoming my arrival. The owners of the KW-House were very nice, kind and considerate people and showed me around near by and even took my friend and me to an art function/party one night. As I was very happy staying at this nice, quiet, yet convenient location home and also as the rent was very reasonable, I would definitely like to rent this home again when I come back to San Antonio in the future.

Perfect for Riverwalk and More!

Our little family of 3 - me, hubby and infant son stayed here for a recent trip to San Antonio. It was the perfect size for us and in a great location! All the advantages of being walking distance to the Alamo and Riverwalk without all of the crowds and noise! It's an incredibly comfy little cottage, and you truly feel at home during your stay. We set up a portable crib in the second bedroom, and my son slept as well as he would at home. The innkeeper is probably one of the kindest people I've ever met and made sure we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. When we left, we truly felt like were leaving home! We'll definitely be back!
