Lovely 3 bedroom home with a big yard for pets. Home has a covered patio and wood fence around the back yard for added privacy. Home has a 1 car garage with washer and dryer in place. The home has ceramic tile flooring everywhere except in the bedrooms which have carpet. Home was recently painted inside and outside. New kitchen cabinets and countertops; new plates, silverware and glasses await in the cabinets. The kitchen also has a fridge, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and blender. New dining table and chairs accomadate 4 people. New furniture, LCD tv and brick fireplace make the living room cozy and entertaining. Each bedroom has ample closet space and at least full size beds. The home has ditigal cable, phone and high speed internet. Smoking is only allowed outside.
Area Description
Nice, clean, quiet and well established area with easy access to major highways. Lots of shopping areas, resturants and parks all within a mile. The neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. 15 minute drive to downtown, airport and New Braunfels.
