A gorgeous formal living area and seperate formal dining area. 2. Very Comfortable Living Room with flat screen TV, family Dining Room, fully equipped Kitchen with marble counter tops, island, pantry. 3. Upstairs features an Open game room with pool table, desktop computer, monitor and printer with internet. The Master Bedroom Suite features King size bed with pillow top mattress, TV, jacuzzi tub, seperate shower, seperate toilet and walk-in closet.
Five bedrooms upstairs: Two rooms have a queen size bed each. Two other bedrooms with one full size bed and a bunk bed each. One bedroom with two double size beds. Sleeps 15 people. Ideal for 2 or more families. Laundry Room with washer and dryer, beautiful Patio with basket ball goal, decorated concrete, palm trees, large lawn with BBQ grill and fenced back yard. Detached garage can take 3 cars, it has an exercise area with a threadmill and an eliptical bike for your workout. There's a long drive way. Absolutely no smoking in the house and no pets.

Area Description

Renter has access to Private Community pool, with kids play ground, both are only about a block away. The house is only about 10miles from San Antonio airport, 19miles from Seaworld, 6miles from Six Flags Fiesta TX, and about 15 miles from downtown Riverwalk.
Lots of shops and great restaurants in the surrounding area.
This house is in an upscale neighbourhood.
