Very Pleasant

This stay was a little business/vacation visit and decided to rent this home because i wanted my toddler to be free and not confined to four walls in a hotel while she was there with my mom. This little home was a home away from home. Del had everything we needed there from a small stroller perfect for the river walk to a little pack and play where my daughter could sleep, even a highchair. Everything exceeded my expectations. The area was beautiful and quiet, very private, and not far at all from where i had to go. The park next door was perfect for my toddler. I have an upcoming visit again and I am certainly going to rent Dels home again confident we will feel right at home. Thank you Del for everything!

Good place for families of BMT Graduation weekend

We were in search of a place to stay for BMT Graduation at Lackland AFB and were very pleased with this home. Del is the perfect hostess. She is so sweet! We were close to the base and within the 1604 loop required by the military. We were centrally located to attractions and Del provides all that you need for your weekend. My son enjoyed coming to a home where he could relax and unwind. He could where his civilian clothes while in the home, take a shower, and nap on a full size bed. One bedroom is downstairs with the master with bath is upstairs. Privacy for everyone. His friends stayed at hotels and did not get to enjoy the feel of a home. This is definitely the way to go for grad week. There is a ballfield directly behind the home, but it never interfered with our stay. My son even enjoyed watching the little kids playing Tball on Saturday. There is a privacy fence and the games ended early. This is a nice neighborhood with a small playground area and a jogging path. I felt safe taking a walk in the evening. There were other neighbors walking and jogging after dark. Grocery stores, fast food, gas, bowling alley, and even pizza delivery are a 7 minute ride at the most. We highly recommend this home for this event. Our hostess, Del, came to check on us and asked if we needed anything. She even offered to get the charcoal etc. to grill. There was no need. She already had it in the house. Thanks again Del for your hospitality. You made a difficult time relaxing and pleasurable.

I have to say I couldn't have been more blessed then to come across this vaction home as we had the most amazing time while enjoying my son's BMT Graduation from Lackland. Del is a wonderful woman and was always right there with the answer or solution for anything and everything we needed. The condo is located in a beautiful and safe area of San Antonio. You are also inside the 1604 loop so your Airman can come back to the condo and just relax. I couldn't have made a better choice for my family. My airman was so pleased to have a place that he could just kick back, relax and make meals without running all over town. We stayed for 4 nights and it was cheaper then staying in nice hotel. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great experience during BMT Graduation!!!

Don't let this one go looking for a better deal

We came for our sons Air Force graduation in June. Loved the place and recommended it to the AF Wing Moms page on facebook. Has plenty of sleeping room. We had 8 of us and was comfie and cozy. Only about 20 minute drive to the base and even during rush hour was only about 25 minutes going against the flow of rush hour traffic. Del takes extra care to make sure your stay is perfect even giving us the remote for the garage door. I would stay here again no problem at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was the perfect size for 5 of us! Everything was clean and tastefully decorated and we had everything and more we could have needed. We were in town for my daughter's BMT graduation and it gave her a chance to relax in a home situation instead of being cooped up in a hotel room. Thank you Dell for providing a great rental!

this exerience was awsome i had never rented a vacation home befor always hotel and i can honestly say no more hotels this was such a nice home the neriborhood the area was jsut lovely the home was roomy and had everything i would have forgoten towels shampoo dishes so we saved a lot oh and a grill we cooked out and it was great relaxing time if san antonio happens to be where we go next summer i might just rebook here again not to mention stores close by theaters too it was just relaxing thank you lots

This was a perfect place to vacation in San Antonio. Del is the ulitmate hostess and extemely accomodating with any needs and provides great suggestions for side trips and restaurants. The pool at The Woods of Shavano was a great asset to the vacation, as the temperatures were very high. If you are planning to go to San Antonio for any reason, whether standard vacation or Air Force BMT graduation, as we did, I highly recommend this condo of one of the other vacation homes that Del handles. If we plan on visiting our Airman again prior to being permantly placed, we will be contact Del for one of her homes. Thanks Del for making our vacation just that much better!!

Del is the absolute best! We came to San Antonio for our son's BMT graduation at Lackland AFB. The townhouse was great..she even brought a grill over for us to BBQ with our son and his buddies. When she said everything is there, she meant it...from towels to shampoo, coffee & bottles water....there's a washer & dryer and she even had detergent and Bounce sheets! I would absolutely recommend this over a hotel any day...my son enjoyed being able to watch TV, BBQ with us and just relax in a home rather than on a bed in a hotel! I'm can't wait to see if she has properties around other AF bases.

Basic Training Graduation

The townhouse was perfect for our say in San Antonio. We were there for our son's graduation at Lackland AFB. We also had to make several trips to the airport to pick up others that were attending. The townhouse was closer to the airport(7miles) and close enough to the airbase for us to get there in about 15 minutes. The townhouse had plenty of room for us. It was clean and had everything we needed except food. The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken so Dell had a bag of ice in the freezer for us plus a case of water in the refrigerator. Dell is the nicest person and a wonderful hostess ! I would highly recommend her townhouse for your stay in the San Antonio area!

Thank you Del for making our family vacation possible. This home is very spacious and comfortably furnished. Our family of 8 stayed the Thanksgiving holiday and were able to cook our traditional meal and feel at home. We could have easily slept several more. We were even provided a pack & play and stroller for the baby. We could not have rented cheap hotel rooms for our group for what Del so kindly gave us since we were military. If we ever get to come to San Antonio for another vacation we will certainly call on Del. Thanks again.

This particular home wound up needing renovation during our dates. So the host set us up in another property in the same neighborhood/subdivision a few blocks away. It was wonderful! We enjoyed grilling outside and visiting with our Texas relatives - our rental was THE place for everyone to hang out. Great neighborhood for families and our host was dedicated to our comfort and convenience. Neighborhood is friendly and set up for walking and biking. There is also a Catholic church within walking distance - so you don't have to miss mass. The church and the neighborhood have play areas for the kids. Transit is easily accessible from the main road if you don't want to mess with parking downtown. Wal-Mart, Target, and HEB Grocery are all nearby.
