Helpful votes:3/3. We happened to be the first vacationers in this delightful apartment. The owners are very attentive, enthusiastic and know the area well. The beach is a two minute walk from the front door. The apartment itself has been fully renovated, new big flat screen, nice big bed in the master, open and a nice breeze from the ocean. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, the area is beautiful and the beach was a lot of fun. Enjoy all, and thanks Don and Miriam

thank you Don and Marion.. we enjoyed our stay . thanks for all the advice and tips on different places to eat and go.. this was one our best vacations. the place was great and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there..the weather was great and the family enjoyed the evening walks on the beach, and the band playing by the per..the girls enjoyed the boogie boards beach chairs and umbrella. loved it and already missing the fun. We would love to come back again. One week wasn't enough .. Thank for a great stay..

Thank you Don and Marion for providing us with a very relaxing and fun week in San Clemente in your beautifully decorated beach apartment. From the moment we stepped into the apartment we knew it would be perfect. We so appreciated the lovely and comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and bright bathroom. We had many fun meals on your patio and could not believe how quickly we relaxed. It quickly became our home!! Having the boogie boards, umbrella and sand toys made it so much easier for us to use the beach and relax.
Your location is perfect and being able to walk to the beach was great! We also enjoyed going to the San Clemente Park beaches and saw five dolphis at the Cafalia (sp) beach!! Nearby Dana Point gave us more beautiful views and we loved watching the sailboats. We also enjoyed going to the pier and having fresh seafood over the ocean!!

We miss it! Can't wait to return. Thank you for your generous hospitality! It was like staying with great friends. P.S. Maggie, our 13 year old teenager misses the boggie boards and the great surf!!

My husband and my two boys who are 10 and 12 stayed for a week. We wanted to swim, unplug and "just beach it". Don and Miriam provided boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, everything we needed and even brought us ice cream during our stay. This was in addition to a very comfortable, clean and shabby chic 1 bedroom bungalow. Our method of payment was an old fashioned check by mail which went as smooth as silk. We had a fantastic time and we will defintely return again, as well as tell all of our family and friends to only stay at Don and Miriam's. They are great hosts and now considered friends of ours as well. See ya soon guys!

We stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful home. The home is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the short walking distance to the beach and to the nice beachwalk which goes to the San Clemente pier.

The home itself is nicely furnished and very clean.

Don and Miriam are very friedly and helpul persons and we appreciated their hints and tips. Thanks.

We can absolutely recommend this accomodation.

This property was everything the owners said it would be. It was the perfect size. It have everything we needed for a home away from home. Close to everything including freeway. Don and Miriam were delightful hosts and made sure we we comfortable throughout our visit.
