ALL the comforts of Home

This is in a great location and entirely comfortable. Everything you need for your stay- literally walk in with your clothes and you are all set. And if not, they will get you what you need to make your stay comfortable. Now I know why people come back over and over - this is just too easy.

I stayed at this place for 4 months at the end of 2012, beginning of 2013 while working on a short term contract in San Clemente. It was everything advertised and more. First of all Don and Miriam where wonderful. Whenever I needed anything, they went out of their way to get it, quickly and with no hassle. Super nice people. Second, the place itself is cozy and charming and had everything I needed. I was very comfortable there. Television, wireless, microwave, fridge, dishes, coffee maker, big comfy bed. Third, the location is great, not 5 minutes walk from the beach and the Metrolink station. Most nights I'd walk down to the beach and catch the sunset, and the trail along the beach was great for running. It's walking distance to a really good coffeehouse, so most mornings I'd grab a cup of coffee and head to the beach, very relaxing. I only hope one day soon I can go back there.
Great Studio in San Clemente!

I stayed one month in this studio apartment in San Clemente. The studio is very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The bed is great! The location is really good and is only two blocks from North Beach so you can easily walk there. Don and Miriam, the owners, are very nice people and made my stay there very enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

Helpful votes:2/2. We brought our family of six (four children and mom and dad) here for a week. We are from Utah. We rented this room and the one next to it for a week. The one next to it is the same but minus the kitchen and couch. My wife and I slept in that room and put the kids next door in this room. They brought in a single air mattress for my six year old. He slept there between the couch and bed on the air mattress. My other three slept on the bed and couch (they provide sheets to cover the couch of course). The rooms were clean and comfortable. For a family of six they weren't the best for relaxing together, hanging out, etc. (only one couch for six people) but that wasn't the purpose of the vacation anyway. We were gone to the beach, or San Diego Zoo, Sea World, shopping, eating, etc. most of the time. We had breakfast together in this room (with the kitchen), then fixed a lunch for the road, and ate dinner away. So we were only here in the morning and late at night. Don and Miriam are very accommodating and gracious hosts. We enjoyed their company. One night they and some of the neighbors, joined us at the beach for dinner. They have fire pits at the beach just a walk away. We built a fire and roasted hot dogs and smores. Lots of shopping and eating in San Clemente and this place is really just a block away from the beach. Nice quiet, beautiful neighborhood. There is a 7-Eleven and Dominoes Pizza a block away as well. Next time we come back we'll try to get one of their other two apartments that are bigger and have more room for common gathering, but these two worked out great. We loved our week in San Clemente. We will be back. Thank you Don and Miriam!
