Description of the San Clemente vacation apartment rental

AVAILABLE April 20th, 2013!!!! AVAILABLE WEEKLY ALSO!!!!!Very close to the Beach 4 minute walk. TV, Gas, Electric, Water, Wi-Fi internet, and Trash included, coin-operated Laundry on site, approximately 250 square feet, wood floor, 3/4 bathroom with large shower and marble floor, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and a hot plate. Queen size bed, chest of drawers, nightstand, glass table and 2 chairs, Propane Bar-B-Q included in the outside patio with table and chairs, street parking. Near famous 204 surf spot, metro link train station, restaurants, and the northern start of the Beach Trail.
North Beach an easy place to be.

Area Information

San Clemente is loaded with great food to fit any budget, remember this is a real town with a thriving business environment and diverse population. The restaurants reflect the community, providing a full list of dining opportunities and options.

The surfing here is made of legends. The surfing museum displays a massive collection of boards and memorabila. The beaches are the perfect place to learn to surf (lessons available), boogie board or body surf. Should you prefer to just play in the surf and sunbathe, no worries, there is room for all. Learn how to stand up paddle board surf (lessons available).

Close by is Dana Point Harbor where you can go whale watching, fishing, sailing on a Tallship, explore the Ocean Institute, enjoy long walks, watch free concerts in the summer, shopping, restaurants, private boating, rent jet skis, sail boats, paddle boards, kayaks, and gas boats.

San Clemente has a vibrant art scene with many galleries and its own museum. Enjoy poking around the downtown shop, finding out of the way art displays. Then cruise El Camino Real (Highway 1) from one end of the town to the other discovering art galleries and hidden gems of art shows in unusual places. San Clemente is an eclectic assortment of folk art, crafts, fine art, surf art, and just down to it fun art, all displayed without pretentiousness.

Yes, San Clemente is a real down to earth Village by the Sea.

The 2.5 mile Beach Trail starts in North Beach and goes south to the San Clemente State Park, from there you can walk several more miles on the sand past world famous surfing spots and historical homes. Then arrange to be picked up for a ride back home. The 1/4 mile long pier hosts wonderful food at Fisherman's restaurant and bar located right above the surf line. Fishing off the pier is fun and free, requiring no fishing license. The walk on the pier reveals the entire shoreline of San Clemente in all its glory by day and the lights at night. The snack bar at the end of the pier will delight you with hot and cold drinks and great food.

3 Month Stay

I needed a place to stay for short term and I always need to be near the beach. This place was perfect for my needs at that time! It was cozy and comfortable, safe and close to the wonderful path that I walked nearly every day. The Owners were hospitable and friendly.

Owner's reply:

Debra was wonderful and so full of life what a joy it was to become friends with her.
It is always such a great opportunity to get to know someone when they stay for
a long time. Our off-season is full of these great long stay visitors and they keep
the off-season interesting.
