Description of the San Clemente vacation apartment rental

Available for some SUMMER WEEKS STILL CALL FOR YOUR VACATION!! The living room is clothed in warm colors and trimmed in white, defining the picture windows and crown molding. Cream colored leather couches provide comfortable lounging while watching the 50 inch plasma TV. Shabby Chic style end table and coffee table provide a place for pulling up the island style chairs and playing cards or board games. In the kitchen is a solid maple dining table and six padded chairs. A baker's rack provides extra storage for your pantry needs. The warm coffee colored travertine counters highlight the white trim and cabinets and a full size stove and refrigerator gives you plenty of storage. The master bedroom has a king size bed that has very comfortable luxury sheets. The other bedroom has a full size bed and a bunk bed allowing 4 people to sleep in comfort.

The bathroom was remodeled recently into a stunning beach style decorated retreat.

Lots of easy storage in the hall cabinets.

Outside the back door is the patio with a large stainless steel gas barbeque. The table and chairs provide an outdoor dinning experience.

The laundry room is just outside the back door, very convenient.

For the beach we provide chairs, towels, umbrella and boogie boards.

The garden out front is a great place to relax and meet the locals walking to the beach.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, perfect location a couple of minutes from fine beach and walk. BIG, very comfy master bed and BIG TV! Small patio. Very good value for money. San Clemente is a genuine smal town where local people are a majority. Love to come back!

Helpful votes:0/0. We all loved our visit to SanClemente. Miriam and Don have a lovely apartment with beautiful furniture and and bright and sunny kitchen and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we loved the patio. The huge TV with all the channels was a big hit and the patio was so lovely with the ocean breezes. Miriam and Don could not have been more helpful and we so apppreciated all the beach equipment that they let us use. Plus the tips on which beaches to go to. This was not our first trip to San Clemente and I highly recommend being close to the beach. We stayed at home a lot at night and ate on the patio but the pier has a dynamite seafood restaurant. We loved the colorful breakfast spots in town and our kids fell in love with Surfer Dougnuts! Like everyone, we wish we could live in San Clemente but knowing that Don and Miriam have this perfect spot, we can share the beautiful California ocean and town anytime.
