Low maintenance complex offers private pool, BBQ area, secured gated parking garage, with laundry machines available. Quiet neighborhood, near downtown's main "drag", Avenida Del Mar, where most of the restaurants, businesses, pubs, and shopping are located---easy walking distance.

Amtrak and Metrolink train systems are very nearby for easy travel to Los Angeles and/or San Diego.

Area Description

San Clemente offers a unique charm among Orange County's southern coastal beach communities. Spanish styled stucco homes thrive throughout the area, and the local government has planned out beautiful parks, hiking trails, and other municipal activities for guests to enjoy.

Located just off I-5 (Golden State Freeway), visitors have access to all of Orange County's multiple entertainment attractions e.g., Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, the Los Angeles Angels (baseball team), and the several other beach communities of Orange County.
