Just walking distance from the beach and restaurants, our Eichler-style 1,500 sq. foot two-bed one-bath bungalow is completely furnished--and with an outdoor shower to boot (keeps the beach sand out of the house ).
Our lawn and garden backyard is perched on a hillside above the golfcourse. Incredible views!
A one car garage and a separate private parking space and community swimming pool are all advantages. If you love the ocean and appreciate stellar views, our place is for you.
