Description of the San Clemente vacation home rental

This lovely home has been recently redone with designer touches throughout. The beach, AND downtown shopping, dining, drinking, and postal services are all just a few minute (two-three blocks) walk. The home is located far enough away from the pier to be a little more quiet but close enough to walk with your beach-day things...with peek-a-boo ocean views from the wide front room windows. Every thing has been included so your vacation can be spent vacationing. The master bed features a brand new memory foam pillow top queen bed, and an island inspired ensemble. The second bedroom has a brand new queen size futon which can be used as a sofa or a bed. We also have a nice, brand new, queen size inflatable bed with it's own 400 thread count sheets for extra guests. The home features authentic persian rugs, granite counter tops, a bar, complete with martini mixer, and several types of wine, martini, and drink glasses. The morning ritual essentials are also included: the house has a tea pot, a bistro, and a drip coffee maker. The kitchen appliances are new. Pots and pans are stainless and there are also baking and serving trays included. The backyard features a jenn-air gas grill and range, and a patio with authentic teak dining and lounging furniture. The bath has two shower heads and is tiled. All bedding and towels are 100% natural fibers and designer. Dishes are elegant and classic white with silver stripe. The home is equipped with fax, copier, printer, and phone. All domestic calls are free. We have premiere packages which can be detailed for your custom vacation, including wine and champagne baskets, surfing lessons, and concierge services.

Downtown San Clemente is a jewel along California's Orange coast line. Dotted with spanish colonial architecture, the area features some of the best surfing--and beaches--in the united states. San Clemente is known as the "best climate on earth" with average temperatures year round in the 80s.
The town features great night life, shopping, and dining. There are also a number of art gallleries. San Clemente is a perfect vacation destination, situated exactly between Los Angeles and San Diego. This enables the traveler to make easy day trips out of virtually any Southern California attraction, including zoos, and museums, and still return gracefully to a retreat of a spot. Disneyland is about 20 minutes away.

It was a great place to enjoy the sun, surf and see the night life in San Clemente. The accomidations were comfortable and the house was ideal for our stay. The process was easy and the staff was extremely helpful in helping us find just what we wanted. Most of what we needed was a short distance away (driving) and the shops and bistros were within easy walking distance. I recommend this house for an intimate getaway or for a small family that wants to spend some quality time together.
