The Home has 2 Bedrooms, King and Queen Bed and sofa, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4-6), a few minute walk to Del Mar St. with all the shops, restaurants, nightlife, star bucks and about 300 yards or about 10 minute walk to famous T-Street Beach and Pier area. More in the pulse of things than at the remote Pier area.

Very charming and clean house in the area you want to be. Has recently been painted inside and out. No car needed, short walk to everything. (20 Minutes from Laguna Beach, Next to World Class Surfing)

Area Description

San Clemente has everything, however if you want, Laguna Beach, with its fine art galleries and restaurants, is approximately a 20 minute scenic drive up Coast Hwy. Hollywood and San Diego are equal distances to the North and South and there are more amusement parks nearby than you can count including Disneyland and LegoLand. There is definitely something for everyone!
