This is a home for someone that is looking for a place that is above the ordinary with higher end amenities and a sophisticated yet causal life style. A truly relaxing setting where taking a walk is fun and people are friendly.

The home is ideally set p for up to three couples with two bedrooms on the main upper floor and one bedroom on the entry level floor. The master bedroom and the downstairs bedroom each have their own bath while the second bedroom on the main level shares the hall bath. All bathrooms have showers and jacuzzi tubs and endless hot water with a tankless hot water heater. The floor plan is open and spacious perfect for casual entertaining. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight. More fun is available on the roof-deck patio with a stunning view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Perfect to celebrate the end of the day with a glass of wine or champagne. A fireplace on the roof deck provides warmth on chilly evenings and the deck is fully equipped with mini-fridge, gas BBQ grill, dining table, umbrella and chairs.

Area Information

A wide range of dining is available in the nearby village with every kind of venue from casual to sea food, Sushi to Pizza and everything in between. Wine and Cheese bars and all styles of Mexican cuisine abound. Boutique shops and the farmer's market on Sunday add to the ambiance. Numerous festivals and art shows are scheduled throughout the year with a large Chowder Cook-off Sea food festival in October.

San Clemente is a charming Spanish style village by the sea. This home located two blocks from the 'T' (the cross streets of Del Mar and Camino Real) and three blocks from the pier bowl. It offers charm, modern sophistication and fun. A short 25 minute drive away lies Newport Beach and the high end shopping at Fashion Island and Laguna Beach is also nearby for the art lover. Dana Point harbor is just a short trek up the coast for fishing and boating excursions and more restaurants and shops. However, San Clemente offers the more laid back and casual environment many seek. One, two or three couples can enjoy this home and friendship in a warm and casual setting.
