This unit is fully furnished, offering a hip design concept, hardwood floors, a spacious floor plan, full bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a queen sized mattress in the bedroom. Washer and dryer located within unit. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests' convenience, and linens and paper goods are included at no additional charge. Walking distance to downtown and the trendy neighborhood of Little Italy. Street and paid garage parking available, as well as access to public transportation.

Three night minimum per stay, and long term stays are welcome at a deeply discounted rate. $500 fully refundable security deposit for all rentals. Available starting the first week of August.
Long term rates are $2,495 per month and require a $1,000 security deposit
