Very Stylish and Elegant 2 bedroom suite in La Jolla just on the edge of UCSD. The rentals are quiet, relaxing, and in a very quiet community.
Pool, hot tub, gym, and more. Full Amenities: Washer/Dryer, Full Kitchen, Internet. Close to bus lines and shopping center. 1min to UCSD, 5min to beaches and Scripps Aquarium, 10min to Sea World, and 15min to San Diego Zoo.
***Our rentals book out very quickly. The best deals can be found during the off-season (October 1 - February 28) not including holidays

This was just right for the six of us. I and my husband, our son and his wife, and our two grandsons who are 7 and 8. We liked that we could retreat to our bedroom and masterbath and that our son and d-n-l could enjoy the same. Also, I also like that we could gather around the table at breakfast and dinner hour to engage in conversation and partake of a home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Jessica managed all the necessary paperwork and details so nicely, it added to the smoothness of the process. Location was central to all the sites we visited and it was quiet and safe.

The rental was more than what we expected. The rooms provided a warm feeling and offered our huge family (including children) a chance to relax and be comfortable. Having access to the kitchen provided us a chance to start off our days saving money. Furthermore, having access to the washing machine helped us cycle through the clothes for our children even during accidents. We are staying here again on our annual trip to San Diego!

We were in San Diego for our daughter's wedding and stayed at this condo for 5 nights. It was very clean and well maintained. Considering the usual size of condos in San Diego, this one was a bit more spacious than I was expecting. Each bedroom had a comfortable queen bed and it's own bathroom. There was more than ample closet space. The dining area could accomodate up to 8 people at the table. The kitchen had modern appliances and was stocked with ample utensils in excellent condition. The pool and tennis courts looked very nice although we didn't take advantage of them. The assigned parking space, directly in front of the steps to the front door, was very convenient. The included secured wireless internet access worked well without problems. The check-in procedure was a bit unnerving because we never met the rental agent and only received the check-in instructions the day we landed in San Diego. But check-in went smoothly, just as they assured us in the reservation confirmation. The best testament came from my youngest daughter who said "Good job with the condo, Dad". I would definitely look into staying here in the future.

Rental had everything that you needed for a weekend vacation. The only thing that was a pain was when both A/C units in the upstair bedrooms were running at the same time, it would always kick the breaker. Great location, pool and hot tub.

Nice location, but slightly disappointed

We enjoyed our stay in the La Jolla area. The condo is centrally located near plenty of shops, the mall, and easy access to the freeway. The check-in process was smooth and accommodating, and it had just about everything we needed. Overall the condo fit our needs – the kitchen and bathroom were nice, and the bedroom was quaint. We were disappointed, however, because of a few things: the sliding patio door and windows did not lock because of the noisy portable air condition units’ connection (safety issue); the throw rugs in the living room were dirty/dusty (possible animal hair/dander); a few vertical blind slats were missing and multiple were taped together; the DVD player didn’t seem to work (we tried 3 different DVD’s with no success); and courtesy bath soap was not provided. If those items are corrected (perhaps other units were different), we would consider staying in a larger condo in the future.

This guest stayed in one of our 1 Bedroom Rentals. They did NOT stay in a 2 Bedroom Rental.
The slider/patio door does lock, this guest just didn't know how to lock it. The DVD player does work, they just didn't know how to use it. The verticle blinds have been disposed of and curtains have been installed in their place. The throw rugs in the livingroom were recently washed. They are a dark color and have white threads randomly throughout and I suppose this inherent feature makes them look dirty? There was no hair on them, as you can see the guest can't even "tell" wether the "dirt" was hair or dander as they claim. Look, if it's hair you know it. Obviously they really weren't paying attention. We do not advertise to provide courtesy bath soap. We provide dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and in some units laundry soap.
The saddest part of having to read this review after this guest left their rental, is that WHILE they were staying they never brought any of these issues to our attention. Had they done so, we would have happily resolved them within 24hrs. Our customer service is excellent and we want our guests to be very happy while staying with us. I tell ALL of my guests, as a part of our check-in process, that if they have any questions or problems to let me know anytime day or night.
This guest never let me know about items that could have been very easily remedied or communicated about and then wrote a review complaining, after the fact. It's a shame when people do this. Although the listing sites we advertise on force rental operators to post all reviews, atleast they give us one opportunity to respond to people's accusations and comments.

Very comfortable and affordable. Plenty of room for 4. Could have easily slept a few more on couches. Convenient location, with grocery stores/shopping nearby. We were only there for a long weekend but found time to relax by the pool when we weren't out by the ocean. Would definitely consider again!

This place was everything it claimed to be. Clean, comfortable (except they need a new sleeper sofa) and the facilities were great. The pool and hot tub and barbecue area was really nice, we had a lovely day there and a great barbecue and the exercise room was good too. I would definitely stay there again. It was the perfect location for me as my son lives by UCSD graduate housing.

The condo was great it was all clean and homey when we got there. The complex was very dog friendly, with large grassy areas. The area we were in was so quiet and the parking was right at the entrance to it. Loved the secure parking and able to walk to shops and restaurants. The space was more than adequate and would definately stay again. The rental agent was so helpful and nice to us, great unit what a bargain for the money.
